Health and Safety Protocols
It is the San Antonio Symphony’s current policy that masks, or face coverings, covering your nose and mouth are required for guests, staff, and volunteers at all San Antonio Symphony concerts. This includes when you are entering and exiting the hall, as well as when you are seated for the performance. Patrons arriving without appropriate face coverings will be provided a disposable face mask.
These protocols are in effect now and will be reviewed regularly to follow the latest public health recommendations. Visit this page before you attend your next concert and contact the Symphony Box Office if you have any questions. We look forward to welcoming you back soon!
Season Ticket Holder Polices
Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket….
Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Prices, Concerts, Schedules or Guest Musicians are subject to change. Current season ticket subscribers should call, visit, or email the Symphony Box office to purchase additional tickets to single concerts.
Season Ticket Exchanges
Tickets must be exchanged no less than two business days before your scheduled performance. Please note that comparable seating cannot always be guaranteed. You cannot exchange a subscription ticket from your series into a concert you already have within your subscription package. If you are interested in purchasing more than one ticket for a specific concert, you will need to purchase those additional single tickets separately through the Symphony Box Office; you cannot exchange subscription tickets from other concerts in your series to fulfill multiple tickets orders. The difference must be paid if exchanging into a higher priced seat location. For exchanges incurring a reduction in price the difference will be converted into a tax-deductible donation to the San Antonio Symphony.
Please note that exchanges are only processed during normal business hours. If a request is submitted outside of normal hours it will be processed on the next business day.
Reissuing Tickets
If your tickets are lost or misplaced, the Symphony Box Office can reissue your tickets via email or tickets can be left for pickup at will call. Please reach out as soon as you know you will require a ticket replacement.
