Position Title: Annual Fund Director

Job Summary:
Under the direction and in coordination with the Director of Development, the Annual Fund Director will play a critical role in planning and implementing a comprehensive plan to cultivate, solicit, and steward the Symphony’s Maestro Society (donors with gifts of $1,000-$9,999 donors) and Friends of the Symphony (gift of $1-$999) programs. Annual Fund goals are to broaden the current annual fund donor base, upgrade the average size of donation, and increase donor retention to meet the current goal of $1.2M in individual giving, and grow the annual fund to $1.5M over the next two years. The Annual Fund Director will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a personal portfolio of 25-35 prospects who contribute gifts of $2,500 and higher annually.
Position Title: Subscription Sales Box Office Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Subscription Sales Box Office Supervisor is responsible for maintaining excellent customer service throughout all lines of communication with the San Antonio Symphony’s patrons. This position will be responsible for daily care of our ticketing system and its ancillary products. Additional duties include general administrative support and concert duties. The Subscription Sales Box Office Supervisor must be able to work flexible hours, with some nights and weekends required.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in AudienceView or similar ticketing software, staff supervision and day-to-day management, team leadership, sales, and customer service. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment in which saleable inventory is perishable and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.

Job Summary:
The Subscription Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining excellent customer service for subscribers and patrons of the San Antonio Symphony. This position will report to the Subscription Sales and Box Office Manager. Additional duties include general administrative support and concert duties. The Subscription Sales Representative must be able to work flexible hours, with some nights and weekends required.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in AudienceView or similar ticketing software and have a background in sales and customer service. They will be self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment in which saleable inventory is perishable and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
