The San Antonio Symphony is committed to the health and safety of our community. We are continuously monitoring the global and local situation regarding COVID-19 (novel coronavirus), and are receiving updates from the City of San Antonio, the Center for Disease Control, and the World Health Organization.
Our venue, The Tobin Center for the Performing Arts is taking extra precautionary measures by providing additional hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes throughout the building, particularly in high traffic areas. Additionally, custodial staff is routinely disinfecting commonly touched surfaces, such as doorknobs, handles, elevator keypads, etc. To learn more of the actions being taken by the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts, please visit their website or call (210) 223-8624.
We know you are understandably thinking carefully about purchasing tickets for future Symphony performances. To offer increased planning flexibility during this time, we are waiving all ticket exchange fees for performances through June 6, 2020. We also highly encourage those who feel unwell or who may be at increased risk to stay home, and we are happy to make adjustments to any existing tickets. You may exchange tickets up to 24 hours prior to the concert. The TOBi Box Office is happy to assist in adjusting any tickets you may have. For assistance, please email the Box Office at [email protected]
At this time all concerts will continue as planned. As we evaluate the need to cancel or reschedule concerts, health and safety remain our priority. In the event of a cancellation, we will notify all ticket holders by email and/or phone before the concert. The latest updates will be posted here and the San Antonio Symphony Office outgoing voicemail will also be updated if there are any changes to the schedule.
