Young People’s Concerts: A Midsummer Night’s Dream

Presented in Partnership with:
The Children’s Ballet of San Antonio, Vanessa Bessler, artistic director
QWILL Media and Education, Inc. | The Tobin Center for the Performing Arts
Cross-Curricular Theme: English Language Arts and Reading

Now in a fourth year of collaboration, the San Antonio Symphony and Children’s Ballet of San Antonio bring this magical tale to life with beloved symphonic music by Felix Mendelssohn, original ballet choreography, and adapted narration for children – in English and Spanish!  Take a dive into a much deeper, richer, cross-curricular experience through QWILL (Quality Writing Inspires Lifelong Learning), an innovative, semester-long Language Arts program cleverly scaffolded around the story to A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

Please check back for a link to register for free educator access to this virtual field trip resource.
The registration link will be available beginning in the late fall of 2020, and will be announced via email.
